I used this app on quite a few times and always found great deals that are much cheaper than the regular parking rates. Never had a problem using the parking pass at the garages. On a recent occasion I had a problem with the parking lot being closed on arrival. SpotHero support was very helpful. They refunded my purchase and credited me the difference for the higher rate that I paid at the airport.

SpotHero was the first and still my favorite parking app. It is quick and easy to use. I always find something in multiple cities. Their description is particularly helpful along with actual photos. Only issue is I have paid MORE than the listed rate several times. Edit 8/2026 I finally saved real money - over $100 - on a 6 day stay in the Boston Seaport and the scan worked going in and out. Directions were close but not perfect. Perhaps the future is brighter.

Still some confusion where to park. Initially went to the wrong parking lot because we were supposed to go to monthly parking, which is not usual. When we exited the first parking lot to go to the correct parking lot, the app said our parking was complete. So I was worried we were going to be charged again. But it worked out. Maybe exceptions should be in the title of the parking option on the app to avoid confusion.
